House Rules for Our Holiday Home / Apartment

Dear Guests,

Our holiday apartment / holiday home is meant to be your home away from home. We would like you to feel comfortable, relax, and fully enjoy your stay. We have taken great care in furnishing the accommodation and hope you will find everything you need.

The following house rules are intended to help ensure a pleasant and harmonious stay. They also contain a few rules which we hope will meet with your understanding. By treating the accommodation with care, you help us ensure that future guests can also enjoy a pleasant stay.

General

If you are missing anything or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

All items located in the holiday apartment / holiday home, as well as on the balcony or terrace, may and should be used by guests. Please treat all furnishings and inventory with care and handle the rental property responsibly. Please also ensure that your fellow travelers comply with the rental conditions.

Kitchen

Please treat the kitchen furnishings and technical appliances with care.

As a clean kitchen is more pleasant for everyone, please return dishes, pots, and cutlery to the cupboards only when they are clean and dry. Hot pots or pans must not be placed on work surfaces or tables without suitable trivets.

Please always use a cutting board when cutting food. The interior of the oven and microwave must be left clean after use.

Damage

No one damages anything intentionally, but accidents can happen. Please inform us immediately if any damage occurs so that it is not only discovered after your departure.

The tenant is liable for any damage caused, up to the replacement value.

Ventilation

To prevent mold formation, we ask that you ventilate all rooms sufficiently. We recommend airing the rooms thoroughly (shock ventilation) at least once a day for 5–10 minutes, and especially after showering.

 

 

Duty of Care

Please treat the rental property with care and ensure that fellow travelers and family members also comply with the house rules.

The entrance door must always be kept closed and locked when leaving the house. All windows must also be closed when leaving the apartment to prevent damage caused by storms or burglary.

Please use water and electricity sparingly.

Waste Disposal

Waste must be separated into residual waste, glass, paper, and packaging (Green Dot). Appropriate containers are available on the property.

Please use trash bags for bathroom waste bins and dispose of them securely tied in the residual waste container.

No waste, food scraps, or harmful liquids may be disposed of in sinks, toilets, washbasins, or showers. Please do not dispose of hygiene products in the toilet to avoid blockages.

Cleaning

If an accident occurs (e.g. heavy soiling or spilled liquids), please clean it up immediately.

Upon departure, the holiday apartment must be left broom-clean. Used dishes must be cleaned and put back into the cupboards.

Quiet Hours

In the interest of good neighborly relations, we ask you to observe the legally required quiet hours (midday, nighttime, and Sundays).

Quiet must also be observed within the holiday apartment between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Parties and loud celebrations are not permitted.

Internet / Wi-Fi

A Wi-Fi connection is available in the holiday apartment / holiday home. The access code will be provided by us.

Internet use is at your own risk. The landlord assumes no liability for damages resulting from internet use. The Wi-Fi terms of use also apply.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the holiday apartment / holiday home. Please use the outdoor areas for smoking.

Pets

Bringing pets is only permitted after prior agreement with the landlords.

Parking

Parking spaces are available directly at the holiday apartment / holiday home. Additional public parking spaces are located nearby.

Providing a parking space does not constitute a safekeeping contract. The landlord is not liable for damage to or loss of parked vehicles or their contents, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Right of Access

In the event of urgently necessary repairs, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the holiday apartment without prior notice.

Keys

Please do not hand over the keys to third parties. Loss of keys must be reported immediately. The guest is liable up to the replacement cost.

Liability

The landlord assumes no liability for guests’ valuables.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival takes place by prior arrangement.

On the day of departure, please vacate the holiday apartment / holiday home by no later than 10:00 a.m. The accommodation must be left in the condition in which it was found upon arrival.

By booking the holiday apartment, these house rules are deemed accepted.

Pool and Jacuzzi Rules

For safety, hygiene, and the protection of the facilities, we kindly ask you to observe the following pool and jacuzzi rules carefully. Use of the pool and jacuzzi is at your own risk.

Important Notice Regarding Pets

Pets are strictly prohibited in the pool and jacuzzi.

If animal hair or animal-related contamination is found in the filters due to non-compliance, an additional cleaning and maintenance fee of €150 will be charged.

Jacuzzi Usage Rules

1. General Rules

• Use of the jacuzzi is at your own risk.
• The jacuzzi is exclusively for the guests of the house.
• The main power switch must never be turned off while the jacuzzi is filled.
• Children under 16 years of age may only use the jacuzzi when accompanied by an adult.
• Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or strongly impairing medication are not permitted to use the jacuzzi.
• Persons with contagious diseases or skin infections are not permitted to use the jacuzzi.

2. Hygiene and Cleanliness

• Showering thoroughly with soap before use is mandatory.
• The use of soaps, shampoos, oils, bubble baths, or other cleaning agents in the jacuzzi is not permitted.
• Food and drinks are not allowed in the jacuzzi.
• The jacuzzi area must be left clean and tidy; waste must be disposed of properly.

3. Safety

• The maximum number of users is 4 persons.
• Electronic devices must not be brought near the jacuzzi.
• Enter and exit slowly and carefully.
• Jumping, diving, or rough behavior in the jacuzzi is prohibited.

 

4. Use and Conduct

• Daily usage hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Use after 10:00 p.m. is not permitted out of consideration for quiet hours.
• Please avoid excessive noise.
• The recommended maximum usage time is 30 minutes at a time to avoid health risks.

5. Maintenance and Technical Information

• Technical malfunctions or irregularities must be reported immediately:

• The jacuzzi is regularly serviced and cleaned; use is not possible during maintenance.
• Changes to settings or technical components are not permitted.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

• The operator assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from improper use.
• No liability is assumed for lost or damaged personal belongings.

7. Final Provisions

• These usage rules are binding and must be observed.
• In the event of violations, use of the jacuzzi may be prohibited.
• The operator reserves the right to amend or supplement these rules.

Pool Usage Rules

• Children may only use the pool under adult supervision.
• Jumping from the pool edge and diving are prohibited.

• Please shower thoroughly before entering the pool.
• Use of the pool with heavily soiled swimwear is not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool.
• If animal hair or animal-related contamination is found in the pool system or filters, an additional cleaning fee of €150 will be charged.
• No food or glass containers are permitted in the pool area.

Conduct and Safety

• Please avoid loud behavior and be considerate of neighbors.
• Pool furniture and equipment must be treated with care.
• The pool area must be left clean and tidy.

By using the pool and jacuzzi, guests acknowledge and accept these pool and jacuzzi rules as binding.
